I’m Sarah Adams, a creative strategist and production art director specializing in themed finishes and immersive environments. I currently serve as Chief Strategy Officer for CASTO Creative, where I focus on expanding client networks and educational opportunities. Previously, I worked as a Production Art Director and Associate Project Manager for Universal Creative, contributing to large-scale themed projects around the world.

My portfolio includes Universal’s Epic Universe and DreamWorks Land, Disney’s Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and Universal Beijing Resort. With experience spanning design, installation, and maintenance, I focus on delivering environments that are aesthetically cohesive and built to last.

I hold a Master of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Florida’s CityLab-Orlando Themed Environments Integration program and a BFA in Theatre Design & Production from the University of Michigan. Currently, I am living in Richmond, Virginia.
